I cut the body break angle yesterday – like the headstock bandsaw then router and jig.
The wedge removed doing the headstock angle has had a quick coat of finishing oil just see what it could look like.

Headstock angle cut – bandsaw then router with extended base – I have a double ended version of Mark’s headstock angle jig – the ‘other’ end is to do the body break angle.

The blank has been planed and then run though my drum sander – very happy with how it looks.
Hopefully will get some more progress this week.

Darren very kindly sent me some glue and some new veneer arrived yesterday so I hope to get the through blank glued up over the weekend……

Good session Mark – the 45 minutes flashed by.
Will make sure that it is in my calendar…..

Feels very good – now we have a third bedroom again and enough space in the garage for my drum sander, planer thicknesser and band saw to free up space in the ‘workshop’….
