How do others post pics - my pics are on Flickr - I then just copy and paste a link - on other forms I have used BBCode but they didn't work as a straight paste. Should I be uploading first?

Aplogies for wide picture - picture taken on my iPhone - looks OK on phone and in Flickr - looks too wide on GM... Any ideas how to correct this?

After 5 coats of finishing oil I decided that was enough - it has a nice sheen and feels smooth. Bridge posts were tapped in and I though I would try the hardware in place.....

I carefully clamped the neck into the body and checked the neck angle and side to side alignment - the top side of the neck pocket is where the error is - I have thinned down a spare piece of the cap ...

Still puzzled by my less than tight neck fit - just tried the neck in my neck pocket pattern and it is a very tight fit so what went wrong - could it be bad router cutters?

Now sanded to 180 grit - also started to level frets. Body and neck feeling quite smooth.....

Started tidying and sanding 80 grit now done - started 120 on the body.

Round over front and back - neck angle set.
