@koendb Cheers, I use a bowl and dish router bit. Sort of trace the outline of the inner horns on paper then draw a nice circular shape and finally cut out an mdf template which i fine tune. Works great.

I’ve not heard of sympathetic resonance before but I’m sure I’ve heard it many times. Thanks for the info.
