Got the control cavity cover routed and fitted. Just before I made the neck pocket too wide!

Looks great. Routers the fastest way to a cock up. Love and hate em!

Thanks Robin, I’ll give that ago too. Ordered some veneer in case. It was cheap so no harm done.

There’s loads on flea bay I’ll give that a try, but thanks all…..might try and bandsaw my own!

Thanks Tv haven’t measured but I’d be surprised if it’s as much as .5mm either side.
