RE: Bailey P90 template radius

Interesting, I am planning to use P90’s in my first build. I guess I’ll have to wait until they turn up and measure them, make a template and get hold of the correct router bit.

RE: Show us yer geets then!

@tv101 they are some nice builds, I really like the PRS style in the first pic with what looks like a walnut body.

Headstock angle jig made out of 18mm MDF. First time using NEC floor tape too, much quicker than the method that shall not be mentioned. For the angle I measured as per the instructions on the course ...

Thanks Boo for taking the trouble to put these videos together. Very helpful and clear. I had cocked up, I had the bridge front edge on the 6mm line so as you say the posts would be too far back. just...

RE: Starting the process, guitar number 1

@peebee It’s looking good but I can’t see where the scale length line is. Make it really clear so you can’t overlook it. Also, if you are using the Wilkinson wraparound bridge, have you measured 6mm b...

The 11.96 is closest to 15/32nd of an inch if that drill is available?

RE: wrong hole size for bridge
