Nearly There !
My last job of the year maybe. Fret dressing and re-sprayed the black on the front of the peg head due to the owner wanting to remove the logo. Also fitted new Grover tuners.

Your business sounds very impressive and it’s great that you can adapt it to guitar making. During 2013 I visited the Martin factory in America where all the acoustic bracing is glued using a vacuum press.

Just had another thought, could you ask local shops if they are throwing any packaging out. I’m sure loads get chucked every week.
