Just looked it up @Russ – Can’t Explain was the 2nd single from the Who, released 15Jan1965.
So, that’ll be 57 years ago in a couple of months.
Not bad for a second release.  Still sounds fresh to my ears!

Agreed @russ. That is a really nice version. I’ve listened to a bunch of their stuff. The bassist there, josh turner, is a really good guitarist and singer. I’ve listened to more of his stuff. Really cool listening. 🙂

I’m hoping to eventually get armoured cable fitted but the shed in about 25 metres from the fusebox.

Scewfix have 25m coils for about £43.

@russ yeah, even better ‘in the flesh’.  It’s one of Mark’s new tonewood laminates.  Keeps the cost down, increases stability, but still allows for a really heavily figured finish.
