the new tuner should be coming early next week, the company I bought the tuners from are sending me a spare one so that's a good outcome.

I might - occasionally and quite subtly (so you've probably missed the comments) - tease JimmyB about this build, but it's a beautiful thing in the flesh/wood, and the amount of thinking and planning ...

@tv101 Cheers, I'm really not a fan of the big metal plate myself, you can create a much nicer shape and feel without it.

Lovely smooth carves and curves on that body @NSJ, and I always prefer the recessed screw (or bolt) holes for fixing a neck, just looks hugely neater to my eyes. 👍
