@boo Cheaper kramers were plywood with a veneer on the back and front. As for the weight, ply varies, can have a lot of air pockets unless it's really posh ply lol

@tv101 Yeah I know, I’m going insane without a proper workshop and not being able to give guitar making my full time work right now. I have to feed my addiction somehow though, I’m climbing the walls....

@tv101 Cheers, I'm really not a fan of the big metal plate myself, you can create a much nicer shape and feel without it.
