I went a bit mad with the allen key access slot. 

An extra bit glued on.

I had to super glue a little block on the very end to stop the clamps sliding everything apart with the slippery glue under pressure. 

Shape cut out.

Tuner holes drilled out and test fitted the tuners.

It doesn’t look bad.

Time to rasp and file.

I really like that headstock design - simple and distinctive.

And also useful for scratching that bit on your back that you can never quite reach.

Fantastic looking neck and headstock. Just when you think that ever possible shape has already been done, then you see something new. And not only new but really beautiful too. Awesome!
