Another interesting session - thanks for taking the time to set these up and run them Mark (& Carol).

One question though ...

Am I using the wrong routers?  Every time I pick one up for a job it's got the wrong cutter in it - top bearing rather than bottom, or wrong diameter cutter, or wrong length cutter, or it's not the roundover, or (etc).  Whereas yours always seem to have the right cutters in them.

 

I mentioned it on the chat on the session, but a really big improvement in router use for me came in the last couple of weeks, after I bought some A4 sheets of clear acrylic sheet, and mounted the routers on those as bases.  So much easier to use, steadier to balance on the jig or body, easier to cut across wider areas ... wish I'd done that sooner!
