Hey all, I'm almost done with my first bolt on neck and I'm at the part where mark installs the nut. I'm realizing I bought the wrong type of nut and I really need a "fender style" nut with a radius.... My fretboard is 12" and for the life of me I cannot find a "fender style" nut other than 9.." and 7..". Am I missing something here? My nut radius needs to match my fretboard radius, right?

Hi @somethingnicer

The nut does have to match your fretboard radius. You could try making one from a blank but there are some premade ones out there for Strat style 12" radius.

@russ thanks! Is it just because fender doesn’t make any 12” radius guitars? Cuz I can find tons of other sizes
