Welcome to the forum. Have you tried looking on Amazon, ebay or an online car paint supplier.

Here in the U.S. it’s commonly found in auto parts stores like Advance Auto, Auto Zone, etc. It is acrylic lacquer. Be careful if you warm the can, even in warm water. The tip will leak around the pin when the tip is pressed to spray. Caused me to have to start over on a paint job I was doing. Got my money back though when I returned the can.
