Well I suppose there’s no going back now, made my  first sawdust of the build today (well MDF dust). A good afternoon’s work just me, some MDF, some sandpaper and my trusty bandsaw. A couple of patterns rough cut and I still have the same number of fingers as when I started👋🤣🎸

A good start, my favourite headstock style.

Thanks all for the words of encouragement, much appreciated. Forgot to mention that, of course, I was wearing my dust mask and my dust extraction system has trapped all that future value dust!!!£££👍🤣🤣🤣

At every interval...brosky...it's like...ok, gopher it, or go home, this is what i signed up for; when I

placed my $40 mahogany neck and $35 Indian Rosewood fretboard into the caul and clamp with a bottom-bearing router bit ...yikes!

You know..it get's the blood flowing...if this gets screwed up...i'm out several dollars...and time and that's happened more than once, lol...par-4-the- course...however, as the saying goes - "poop, or get off the pot!"

soooo...enjoy...pretty awesome challenges...

That dust plus superglue can fix many guitar building mishaps! Bag it! lol
