WOW! Great design - thanks for sharing...I'm glad I helped in my own small way but I know it must have been hard work - well done. Excellent job for a first build - remember there is no such thing as perfect - the next one will be MUCH easier... I bet our others members would love to see some pics of the back (I would 😎 )
Measure twice, cut once...
Brilliant work.
I love the inventiveness of bass builders. For some reason it seems to be more acceptable to have new/different designs on basses than on guitars.
That one looks particularly interesting. Please share some more details of the build.

May thanks for your feedback.
This was ideed a scary operation.
Some more pics here, also from the back.
The neck is maple and some sort of nut (that was a fretboard).
The string retainer at the back is one of many "OMG, was I drunk..?...probably"s...
The Pot-Cover is magnetic, as I was too stupid to do a wide enough edge on the cavity for the cover to sit on or any screw to fit in...
The list/count of mistakes is 35
I hope not to do at least half of them next time 😉

@hootmacher It’s wonderful, what a superb creation. You are inspiring me to design something crazy and have fun making mistakes building it. I have built quite a few ordinary guitars and there are still many more I want to build but I must start getting more creative in designing and building unique instruments. Thanks for the inspiration.
Make guitars, not war 🌍✌️🎸
