@russ - reference your comment on the Quay sessions on an earlier post - I was looking through YT for a video version of this track (which I've been listening to on a 2011 Rough Trade Records compilation) and found that they'd done a couple of Quay sessions too.Β Co-incidence!

My favourite song today was performed by a bunch of Dutch musicians from several bands (Golden Earring, The Shoes, Earth & Fire, Shocking Blue, Ekseption). A bit weird song, based on the melody of an old Dutch nursery rhyme "De uil zat in de oolmen "(The owl sat in the elm).
