I’m really glad that you said that! 😆 But I agree, EVH was amazing but there was something about RR that was superior. Had he lived I think we would all have had our heads blown by what he would have eventually accomplished.

Hello Peeps, I've been wondering to myself whether I should ask Mark to delete this "Favourite Song" and "Best Song" topic as I'm not sure whether it's clogging up the forum for those interested in guitar building tips and techniques. When I started it I thought it would be a bit of fun....and I think it has been but I'm wondering if other topics are getting a bit lost. What do you think?

Mark has previously said (and I'm pretty sure that he's right) that any and all activity on the forum helps with the Google algorithm - ie it shows up as being a busy and active site and will therefore rank higher in the search results for the relevant terms.

Hence all the "like" button usage - even that is an activity.

*BUT*, maybe we should have the Pluckers Paradise discussions removed from the Recent Posts list?  That way, the list wouldn't get clogged up with the wider discussions whilst still allowing all the activity to assist with the Google algorithm.

I don't know whether that's technically possible on this forum platform, but it's certainly an approach that I've applied to other similar forums.
