@tv101 My bar bill was negligible, as peolple kept bying me drinks. And yes, I played with some of them before, but never with the saxophone player or the piano player. With the other musicians I play or have played in several bands.

I found this video in the depths of my computer. Our second public appearance ever. I play the bass that I made in the spring of 2005 in the Bailey workshop. Not only about 18 years ago, but in my case also 30 kilograms ago.

Well, I'm happy to have lost those 30 kilograms.
”lost” @marcel???
That wasn’t the interpretation I’d made of your post!
though that’s explain why you’re a virtual Marcel!
Assuming it was a deliberate loss - congratulations!!

I've replaced the video of the John Spijker Trio I posted a few weeks ago for the same video but now with better audio. We recorded the gig on 12 tracks (1 for the vocals, 1 for the guitar, 1 for the bass and 9 for the drums). Still working on editing and mixing the recorded audio. I have prepared some more videos, when we're done enhancing the audio tracks I'll put those in the videos and publish them on YouTube.

In october I played with the John Spijker Trio at a local festival. We mostly play original songs written by John. But here we ended our set with a Jimi Hendrix song in which our drummer Rob excels. We decided not to polish the audio but leave it as it is. (I made too many non-polishable mistakes anyway.)

Found another pair of clips. I played with Marcellino and Suzy for a couple of years in a trio. We tried to make a video of the song "A night like this", but it didn't work out at first.
But eventually it did.
