the covid video would mainly be me sleeping..walking v slowly up the stairs and gasping for air...
The irony is that since the start of the pandemic I have been filming alll over the country for sky news, including the prime ministers briefings (when he had covid), stood outside downing street, filming in hospitals etc etc...and it took until now for me to get it....aaggghhhh

The tipping point with a virus the the amount of it in your body and how your immune system copes, so it’s possible that long term exposure has weakened your resistance. I had a virus in 2014 that affected the nerves in the brain and it took me 18 months to recover and you have to accept that there are limits to what you can do.
