I now have two new guitars. Yahoo!

The online course works like a charm.

Congratulations @igeorgebot!

That shape looks vaguely familiar ... 😉Β

How are they to play - any differences other than the pickups?Β  Did you build both in parallel, or did one follow the other?

Β

And, what's next??

@tv101 Hello,and thank you. Β

I built them both together. I figured if one went wrong I could keep on going with the other. 🤣Β

I like the feel of Coco Bolo over the Zebrano Β fretboard. The Zebrano is very splintery to work with but it looks cool 😎Β

They both sound pretty good. I just have to set them up and make sure intonation is correct. I am truly amazed at how well they turned out. They sound really good through a tube amp turned to 11 😬

For my next project I’m going to make a bass with a bolt on neck. Β

Making music with a instrument I built for myself is something too much for me to describe in words. Β

Cheers!

@russ Β Thanks very much! Very kind!Β

Out of curiosity, is it OK to post a short video on how the guitar plays? Not sure what is proper etiquette here on the forum.Β

😬🤣😎🎸
