RE: Barncaster, left handed with epoxy resin

@deej I want to get it all done and have strings on it tomorrow. I am curious to see if I can play any chords left handed, it will be like learning to play from scratch again.

RE: P bass

The mother of all basses is the Precision bass @marcel Now this is the type of bass I should build for my first, you’ve convinced me now. This build of yours look stunning by the way.

RE: Fret sloting oopsie

Yes its off by 1mm. I measured with a little $9 angle-izer. @seth I would probably not use it, your intonation will be all over the place and you’ll probably have big tuning issues. Buy another fret...

RE: Electric Double Cutaway project help!

Based on the pickup he's chosen, I'm guessing that this is going to be a simple rock machine. I'd go with Mahogany for the neck. Mahogany/Ebony is a classic combination, into Alder will be fine. If yo...

RE: Electric Double Cutaway project help!

If it's going to be painted, will the paint not hide the neck join? @tv1010101 I would say no really. The joinery would have to be out of this world. The only way I think that would work is if filler...
