Here is a tip. When in doubt we are here for you. Correction In the video I said 22mm thickness on my neck blank but it is actually 24.5mm.
@kalimar If the piece is long enough, you can cut off a piece to glue to thicken headstock or do a scarf joint. It is done all the time.
