I’m not a fan of gold hardware but it might look good on that one...
But chrome or black? They both look good actually. The chrome ties in with the silver and the black offers contrast even though the pickguard is black, hmm..

Black.
(Mark's wrong).

There are more options than just chrome, black or gold. Didn't know Sperzel did these

I actually like the look of black chrome (pretty much the same thing also goes by the names cosmo and ruthenium it seems) but playing Southpaw doesn't work in my favour there in terms of availability (not so much for machine heads, but things like telecaster bridges or trems)
I love Sperzel tuners, they’ve been doing those colors for years now. I tend to like good ‘ole nickel myself but options are nice.
Back in the mid to late 80’s Kahler offered their trems in several different colors and these days FU Tone has a lot of colored options for Floyd parts like string blocks, screws, springs and such.
Floyd Rose has a few options besides the standard three finishes.
Bare Knuckle Pickups have a few options for covers such as burnt chrome which is rather colorful.
Aside from that I’m not aware of any other “colored” hardware.

@Boo - we don't have kids at home anymore either, but if I spent that sort of money on guitar parts, my good lady would make sure I couldn't even practice the making-kids-thing anymore either!!!
