Hi All, been lurking for a while now. Did first build Les Paul during Lockdown 1 (UK), about to start Flying V for Lockdown 2.
Always loved guitars, got a Fender Telecaster (real, not a kit) for 40th. Retired early November 2019 and treated myself to Gibson Les Paul Standard. My birthday was during Lockdown 1, so lovely wife bought me a LP kit from Guitar Kit Fabric. I wanted a real white Flying V for Xmas but got surprise kit instead. It’s very addictive.
and a warm welcome from me as well. I took a while to actually get started but then got a tad obsessed.... thankfully I'm not over that yet.

I'm ready to get started on my 5th build - this time an acoustic following the online course - need to get jigs, templates etc sorted and watch the course videos from end to end a couple of times.
You will find loads of support on here - also the excellent live streams from Mark are worth doing live to get all of the comments!
Measure once........ Measure again......... Sod it - make tea!
