Get him on the next build, a budding Hendrix I bet.

@deej

No, although my kids do enjoy most of my music none of them play nor have (so far) shown any interest.

I’ve been planning on making guitars for them for some years now so, we’ll see...

And..... it is guitar related

@boo

Yeah, I guess you’re right. If I can figure out how to attach it here perhaps I’ll post it.

@deej

Getting them involved won’t be a problem, until they get it in the way that is! 😆 They like to help and get involved with stuff especially if they know it’s for them. 😉

My oldest was a bit interested a few years ago when she was learning piano, she’s a lefty so I set up a guitar for her and taught her the riff to T.N.T. (her choice) and she kind of had it down but...  yeah, sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn’t. There’s always a next time but I’m not fussed if they don’t want to learn guitar or another instrument. I would love it if they did but as long as they’re happy, I’m happy.

@frocesterbill

For the better part of the past 15 years I’ve made my living running a repair shop  so having a clean space is important as customers are coming and going. I prefer to have a store front vs. an out of sight space as it’s nice to have people walking by and checking things out, another reason to keep it tidy.

@mattbeels

Great looking space make sure you get the coffee machine sorted first can’t do serious work without it

Some people call me a tool, others are less complimentary. Tools being useful things.

@clinton

Thanks, it’s twice as big as my last one. I run a repair shop and now that I’m going to be building I need the extra space.

@boo

I didn’t have a back room before and I don’t have one now either. I wish I did as having something separate/private would be nice but not essential.

Thanks @rocknroller912!

I moved the last of my stuff in today and the coffee machine was the first thing sorted. So yes, now I can really get down to business!

@mattbeels

Your new workshop looks huge, you'll never need all that space.

My new workshop arrived today, I'll get lost in all the space I've got in there compared with the corner of the garage I've been working in

😆 😆 😆

I bet he's finding it a bit of a squeeze within the next few months!

You can never have a big enough workshop space.

I know.
