Selling my first Stingray gave me a good excuse to make another one.

It has an alder body, birdseye maple neck, ziricote fretboard and a quite spectacular maple top. It has burl, spalt and many colors in it.

The tuners are Warwick and the bridge is a Babicz FCH-4, the most expensive bridge I ever used. The pickup is a Seymour Duncan SMB-4DS with an active 3-band preamp.

This is one of my main basses I use and I don't intend to ever sell it. Unless of course someone makes me an offer I can't refuse....

Along with my number 4 bass I made at the Bailey workshop

and my Rickenbacker 4003S in midnight blue

this is my favorite bass.

Yes, I'm sorry I did buy a factory made bass this year 😬
