This week my good friend Ab will celebrate his 67th birthday. That reminded me of making a guitar for his 60th birthday 7 years ago.

@marcel A very nice guitar indeed and well built too. I bet your friend is very happy with it, such a nice thing to do for someone.

Nice work - of course - Marcel.

What that your design, or something your friend designed?

@tv1 It's my design. Maybe a non-virtual friend will make one for your 60th birthday...

a non-virtual friend

You mean, some people have *real* friends, not just virtual ones??

@tv101 Yes, back in the olden days people could meet other people, shake hands, hug, chat face to face sat next to each other. Sometimes this even happened indoors, amongst the company of unknown but socially inclined “humans” that they didn’t even live with.

All very strange, it’s almost like they didn’t want to stay in the same building for ever.

…on an elaborate journey to turn trees into music.

Not sure I like the sound of all of that @Tej.

I've not spent years and years refining the art of being unfriendly and anti-social so that I could go out and meet people and hug and stuff.

It's almost scary how quickly we (well, many of us!) adapted to isolated life.  Wonder if we'll re-adapt as quickly?
