@darrenking 18mm at the nut is really thin. Be careful that the truss rod does not poke out. I would not go less than 20mm.

@Boo I used keda dye, denatured alcohol, danish oil, walnut and natural stain. Hand rubbed the way Big D guitars does his dye bursting. Rattlecan Rustileum lacquer, 5 coats and only wet sanded twice. Buffed it with varathane polishing wax….   Read more»
