I’m waiting for someone to make minature bearing cutter for dremel as the issue is the same.
Multiple sessions applying pressure with rotating shaft ain’t gonna do much good.

Smallest bearing cutter is too large & I’m not comfortable with letting the shaft of the cutter run on template edge.

What’s your preferred method of making F hole?

Jet double cutaway. Standard Jet pattern will work – just flip template for top horn.
Some are made semi-hollow, others slab with profiled top.
It’s the shape I want for my Walnut build
