Glue fretboard first and let it settle in a day with the truss rod and neck. Wood moves. Metal does not. Makes sense?

Hi @mario, if you put the frets in first the fret board will bend….a lot! Whilst not impossible, it would make positioning the fretboard accurately and then clamping it in position an absolute nightma...
