@darrenking i am only able to find tesa 4288 which is the black tape.  the only difference is it has stronger tensile strength.  i found it off ebay where someone was selling it as an alternative to tubeless bicycle tire tape.  also, i could only find it from places like uline, etc. in quantities of a case.  so 72 or 144.  smallest i could find was like 24 rolls.
