basically an 11mm hole is too small for the bridge inserts but 12mm is too big!! A 29/64" drill is very close to 11.5 mm

Hi Steve I've used both Crimson's penetrating and high build oils; The penetrating oil works great on necks - couple of coats applied with 2000 grit paper (leaving plenty of drying time) then rub down...
