Welcome to the forum. If you can build a complex instrument like a hammered dulcimer you shouldn’t have too much trouble with guitars. There are lots of utube videos from Mark Bailey on electric and acoustic building.

It was a new Dremel bit straight from the packet. Likely the very soft wide grain wood.
