@nsj Another great guitar! It's always a great feeling trying a new build out.

I prefer to drill out the bulk of material with a forstner bit before routing the cavities. With a decent drill press (with good clearance) and a depth stop it saves me from a lot of routing.

@nsj It will be my first carve, so I hope it will be fairly easy. I'm going to do the neck first, while the walnut is acclimating in the garage. Working on the ebony fretboard at the moment.

@robin Just another thought... It could be worth checking the A string nut slot to make sure the string leaves crisp right at the end of the slot.
