@tyreman what category did you do? I did the community but finished about 3 guitars ago lol

Did you get the balance right with both weight relief and 12 tuners?

If you’ve got the time, money and wood @tyreman then go for it. It’s all about learning and trying things out. For the proportions, you could be right in trying it with the longer strat style body.

I like the idea of a straight string pull, thats what I try to do with the six string headstock design that I use. But, I do agree with the other guys that it looks out of proportion.

@tyreman Try using a tap and dye set to recut the thread where you can access it, it might just get it to work.
