If your neck pocket is tight then the neck will be in the same position so you should be able to drill bridge holes now - can't see it being a problem...

Think finer grits are for removing scratches from coarser ones not for removing lots of stuff..... You've got to love sanding - and got to love you...

Superglue works - you do need to apply it in 3 or 4 passes on end side then when dry do the other - too much at a time and it will run down the fretbo...

Think the truss rod size changed - now a 6mm truss rod comes with the kit - not at home to check - you need to make the slot wider at the adjuster end...
