Warmoth are the only people I know who do that
I have an Ibanez Jem from ‘88 or so and it has an extension but maybe they’re different now. I’ve played/worked on all the brands you mentioned and I can’t remember how it is on each (nor if they had 24 frets) but in my experience the fretboard extension is the norm. 🤷🏼♂️
