Hello, everyone! I've been following a number of YT channels like Crimson Guitars and Texas Toast Guitars (and lots of general woodworking channels) and finally today I got the Custom Inlays live stream recommended to me when I opened it today. Stream chat recommended the forums so here I am. 🙂 I haven't built my own instrument yet, but I'm learning more about it all the time.
Hi Pete, you'll find a wealth of help and advice on here and if can sign up to Mark's video courses you'll find these incredibly useful too. There are no magic tricks, just very methodical, and easy to follow, teaching with each step fully filmed and clearly explained. Best in the world IMHO.
Hi Pete,
Welcome. I've been kicking around in this forum for a few months now. I haven't started my build yet either but picking up lots of great tips. I've signed up as a premium member and enjoying all the online courses. Almost built up my toolbox and making the time to get started.
Cheers,
Russ

Hi and a warm welcome from me as well
I've popped back in to the 'GM Virtual Workshop" having been in my shed for a while.
Mark's videos are brilliant and helped me build a guitar that works..... and you learn a lot on the way
all the best
Jonathan
@tv101 This is the only guitar forum I'm on. I actually play bass and am on TalkBass as Telanoc. I'm following Mark on YT now, and for ages have been following Ben Crowe at Crimson Guitars as well as Matt and Chris at Texas Toast Guitars. Thanks to the Great Guitar Buildoff they did this year, I'm also following a bunch of other folks, too numerous to mention.
