@rocknroller912 Thanks. Set up week next week so strings on then. Fingers crossed
I've dropped the bridge and set the truss rod but need to drop the nut now which should bring the action down nicely. I have noticed that I have a couple of niggly buzzes on the 13 and 14th frets on the D and A strings so I'll check the levelling again before I do the nut. I must say the instrument sounds pretty sweet..Thanks

Thanks for all your support and advice over the last few months. Very much appreciated. Thanks Mark and Carol for all the help. For a first acoustic build it’s resulted in a very nice sounding guitar. Nice low action and all buzzes removed. Thanks to you all again and looking forward to seeing your new builds
@boo thanks. It’s been a massive learning curve for me being a first acoustic build. I have made scratch build electrics before and aiming to make a tele as my next build. I make them for my grandson since I retired. Keeps me busy. Cheers

@powerful Oh I see, my mistake, I think I’ve got you mixed up with someone else who hasn’t built an electric guitar before.
Yeah Teles are always good fun to make, especially for family. I have made many but I still need to make a Thinline Tele type, that will be one of my next Tele challenges.
It will be interesting to see your future builds and if you can build an acoustic guitar to that standard, I know your Teles etc will be amazing too.
Well done again. 👍
