@mattbeels thats actually the stewmac spray stick, I had to zip tie the 2x4 on there to be able to make it work lol, and yeah I let sit there for about 10 minutes and brought it in the garage and left the window open. The weather has been pretty decent and it hasnt been getting very cold since the deep freeze last week. lol

@tv1 thanks mate this is my first stain job but I have watched a ton of video's lol.

Well its finished, unfortunately it seems I had a bit of moister underneath my clear and it came up a couple of days after I had shot it. I had a little bit of sand through on the stain and tried to touch it up but I obviously didn't let it dry long enough. But anyway ill just chock up to learning and move on. I added a vid of my buddy Rob tuning it and taking it for its maiden test run. (593) Bandsman test run - YouTube

@osceola

All in all your guitar looks great! This was your first one, right?

I think your decision to leave it and move on is correct. After you gain more finishing experience you can always come back and redo it.

Practice on scrap...

@mattbeels just my first bandsman I have done 2 others a warlock and of course a strat but both were painted, this was my first stain job on one and its my best one guitar besides the finish so far. But on to the next one, I have been out in the driveway processing enough rough sawn lumber to do another bandsman body and tele body and about 3 necks lol this is most of it.
