What I think is that primarily the pick ups, wiring harness, bridge and nut makes the tone plugged into the amp. Frets come into play secondly and makes a considerable difference. Fretboard and body mass of tone wood gives a… Read more»

@deej my centerblock is flat but hollowed out in the core in certain areas. The guitar is really light. Both carve top and carve back is also carved internally.
