A rubber eraser makes for a good sanding block for finer grit sandpaper to fix imperfections. Very forgivable even when pressure is applied. I admire you all for such a process to commit to. Results of which turn out splendid….   Read more»

@russ Thanks, yes the black hardware was a calculated and well thought out part of the builds. These guitars are definitely your style. Not a big Fender fan but I am starting to really appreciate the genius of Leo Fender.

@darrenking 18mm at the nut is really thin. Be careful that the truss rod does not poke out. I would not go less than 20mm.
