Think the truss rod size changed – now a 6mm truss rod comes with the kit – not at home to check – you need to make the slot wider at the adjuster end – message Mark to check……..

The bit that slides up and down is some kind of plastic – I trimmed some of it so that it could slide up a bit more – I’ll take some pics later.

I’ve fretted 4 necks with a hammer so far – never tried a press – hammer is very simple and quick….

We have been rumbling along doing guitar stuff so no problem.

I used cheap router bits on my Bandsman build and ended up with a less than tight neck pocket – only needed a very thin veneer – down to a crappy bearing on a cheap cutter from eBay….
