It might just be a trick of the light (the difference is subtle either way) but to me the wood in the cutaway looks like more of a match to the body wood than the neck wood, hance my thinking… Read more»

@rockpile99 Anything can be used for jazz, you just have to declare yourself “experimental” and/or “free”.It takes commitment though, you have to repeat the motif (no matter how painful) until somebody in the audience (ideally wearing a poloneck) nods knowingly.
