Not long now, sprayed the body today, now to leave it 24 – 48 hours then on to assembly.
 

@kalimar haven’t a clue buddy, I stumbled in here after I’d started building.

@kalimar But your fender type bridge is easier because you don’t need any neck angle, that bridge you have looks very simple and maybe good for a first go.

@kalimar I’ve done them with a 35mm blank doing a 3 + 3 headstock with a low angle and volute, worked great.

That’s the neck glued in and post holes done, stil a bit more sanding then onto finish.
 

Frets all levelled, crowned and polished. Side markers done, everything sanded to 240 grit. Something went slightly off somewhere so the neck angle ended up a bit off so I made a shim that goes from about 1mm to nothing….   Read more»
