Thanks John,I love Jerry Rosa- been devouring his repair videos, and of course I seen his mandolin antler saddles :)The idea of hemp particle board for a top sounds like an IKEA guitar… Go on and try it for sure!

They need a bit of force – I have them sitting in my plate joining jig.They are still within the arch of a back arch template, so I’m hoping for the best.
