@mattbeels Thanks, not entirely sure why the simple solution of measuring what I’ve got on other guitars I like didn’t pop into my head 😬
Is the part that goes into the fretboard a common size? -

Cheers, yeah I should have said I don’t have a jointer or thicknesses so they will need to be prepped blanks.

Thanks, good to know. Just need to double check I’ve got everything and will get the order in later. Still designing and making jigs so I reckon it’ll be a week before I get started on the blanks.

Yeah I’ve repriced my list of parts that I couldn’t source from the shop here and it’s knocked about £60 off the total bill already. Need to read up on fret wire next so I can add that to one… Read more»
