@koendb - sorry missed that - with my Firebird wings were cut on bandsaw and routed to shape but the cutoffs were still close enough to clamp - guitar...
Back to glueing on the wings - if you cut out the wing shapes on your bandsaw keep the bits you cut off to use to clamp on the wings…….
