RE: Ibanez has 15.75 radius - which fret radius insert caul ? @warmvalves. I would imagine that the 16" caul would be the one you want. My head says 0.25" over that distance would not be able to be seen and the 16" being a little shallower would push the middle ... |

RE: Jigs, patterns, and lines on paper Looks good @wayne_f. On the next fillet just get it close but not fitting in the slot. Then sand it to the final thickness with a sanding block to get the snug fit you want. |
