Just to confirm – the bolts supplied in the standard kit are indeed 6x40mm.

Top job – looks Laser cut!

You could: Cut it roughly on the bandsaw and use a router to trim it BUT as you note it would be a bit awkward with the radius. Taping a small piece of wood (2x6mm binding) along the opposite edge…   Read more»

It’s not ideal – but you can in fact join as many pieces as you like, or need. Few guitar bodies are 1 piece as it is: hard to get large enough bits expensive prone to warping ..for these reasons…   Read more»
